The human body is sensitive and yet there are so many people say that a human body is the god’s most unique creation.   3. Almost 70 percent of the people have a bad posture and that is why back pain is caused. If you want to reduce your back pain then we suggest that you try changing your posture.
  4. One of many reasons of back pain can be excessive weight. The weight should be according to your height. If you are 5’7’’ and you are a female, then your weight should be at least 50 to 60 kilo grams.
