GLOBAL PINOY BAZAAR

BAZAAR FOR FILIPINOS, BY FILIPINOS

Yabang Pinoy —an advocacy fast-becoming legendary for its unyielding support and campaign to raise consciousness and amplify Filipino people's philosophy and pride through a piece of braided abaca band among other creations—in its budding emergence, now holds a tie that day by day binds one and every Filipino.

And this cool Pinoy revolution doesn't just stop there. On October 21, the campaign for Pinoy pride goes to a brand new level with Global Pinoy Bazaar at the Rockwell Tent, Makati City—a one-day fair that brings together both on-the-rise and professional Filipino entrepreneurs who have globally competitive Pinoy products to exhibit.

Living up to the organization's mission, the bazaar aims to assemble original products—made by Filipinos for Filipinos—that not only further promotes our God-given craftsmanship but also unites Filipinos to build a SUPPORT & BUY PINOY advocacy.

You've all probably heard of it before. It has intrigued you, in fact, that it had sparked a domestic inquiry— what should I really be proud of as a Filipino?

THE YABANG STATE OF MIND
Filipinos will never disappoint, and that’s a fact. There will always be products and services that display unique Filipino artistry and ingenuity, worth a stamp as proudly Philippine-made, and because of it rise above the rest. We’re already seeing it through Yabang Pinoy, a campaign whose objects of conversations and Filipino Pride events are snowballing a change in the mindset of Filipinos toward a progressive change in consumer habits.  With last year’s successes on the Global Pinoy Bazaar 2007, which boasted of Filipino products made with pride, and Global “Paskong” Pinoy Bazaar, Yabang Pinoy is gaining the support of Filipino companies, entrepreneurs, designers, and artists in its “Support and Buy” Pinoy advocacy.

This year, it is now time to prove the vigor of the growing Pinoy brands for the global market. In keeping with Yabang Pinoy’s idea of Filipinos as optimists and dreamers, its battlecry of being shouting proud Pinoys will once again echo on September 20-21 inside the Rockwell Tent, as they hold their Global Pinoy Bazaar 2008, a venue where products and services made by Filipinos with pride will again be showcased.

Be a part of this consumer revolution now. Yabang Pinoy invites Filipino companies, entrepreneurs, designers, merchandisers, retailers, entrepreneurship and design school students, architecture and interior design firms, with quality and a certain yabang to their products and services, as well as up-and-coming artists, musicians, graphic designers, to join and support Yabang Pinoy’s growing global Pinoy community.

Take part in the Global Pinoy Bazaar 2008.

Interested parties may e-mail company profile, product pictures, or website address where products and services can be viewed to the Global Pinoy screening committee at bazaar.globalpinoy@gmail.com or yabangpinoy@gmail.com. Visit www.yabangpinoy.com.
