2. Submit completed application form via email to bazaar.globalpinoy@gmail.com with at least 4 actual photos or website with photos or fax to telefax 8421468.
3. You will receive a text or email that your application has been approved. The Global Pinoy Bazaar Organizer will email your billing statement, information sheet and Global Pinoy Bazaar contract. Please fax or email completed information sheet, contract to bazaar.globalpinoy@gmail.com or fax to telefax 8421468.
4. Payments of the participation fee may be made through bank deposit. Details will be included in the billing statement. Slot is confirmed only when full payment is received and forms are completed. The organizers shall not be held liable against forfeiture of slots due to the participant’s failure to settle payment within the given period
